If you would like to find out more about hypnotherapy before booking a session, this is for you. It is an informal session where you have an opportunity to meet me and find out more about hypnotherapy. We will discuss how you would like help and you can ask questions and decide whether hypnotherapy is right for you. You will also receive lots of information and a relaxing hypnotherapy track to use at home.

These sessions are a combination of psychotherapy (talking therapy) and hypnosis. All the sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are positive, relaxed and informal. Includes hypnotherapy MP3s and resources to use at home.
Stop Smoking - £180 (2 hours)
Stop Smoking - £180 (2 hours)
This is a single session and does not require a consultation. Includes a free hypnotherapy download. A £50 deposit is required when booking this session.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment can be made by all major credit cards or debit cards, cash or bank transfer. Please be aware that 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel a session, otherwise full cost of the session will be charged. This policy is necessary to ensure fairness to other clients who may need that appointment.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be made out for any amount, treatment or package. You do not need to come into the clinic as these can be emailed or posted to you.
